Spring is here

In a funny way spring is here. Let’s hope there’s no more hail at least until these veges take hold. I love earth-to-table food. Home grown is especially nice. Here we have runner beans, rhubarb (did you know it’s a vegetable), tomatoes and peas. Waiting to go into the ground are carrots, leeks and coriander seeds and underneath the earth are potatoes and spinach.
